The work consists of removal of existing concrete paver plaza and stone monument at Freedom Park, salvaging select materials and components, and constructing a new concrete paver plaza and reinstalling the existing stone monument on a new concrete base as described in this Bid and Contract package. Plaza area is 48 feet in diameter, and monument is approximately 10 feet by 5 feet by 4 feet in height.
