Bid Description:
This project consists of, but is not limited to, interior renovation and maintenance throughout the building. Examples of work include wall repair, floor repairs, flooring replacement, painting, concrete sub floor repairs, and audio/visual work. One room will receive new interior partitions and ceilings to add a lactation room inside another large classroom. Interior architectural woodwork is included as well.

Site Visit:	Date: 8/27/2025 1:00:00 PM	Mandatory Site Visit
BIDDERS CONFERENCE: August, 27, 2025 – 1:00pm (EST) There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on August 27, 2025 at 1:00 pm (EST). Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. The site is at 141 Shamrock Rd. South Burlington, VT 05403. You will stop at the Gate Guard Shack to present your ID. The meeting will begin in the lower parking lot just past the gate.
