Site Visit:	Date: 9/10/2025 10:00:00 AM	Mandatory Site Visit
BIDDERS CONFERENCE: September 10, 2025 10:00am There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on September 10, 2025 10:00am. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. Meeting will be held at Building 5 in Camp Johnson. After the gate follow pre-bid signs and go straight on VT National Guard Rd about ¾ of a mile and turn left on Veterans Road, building is second on the right.
