48 Hour Notice of Special Meeting for Closed Session – as revised

5:30PM, May 5, 2026

NOTICE that the Millburn Township Committee will hold a Special Meeting on May 5, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at the Millburn Education Center in the conference room, 434 Millburn Avenue, Millburn.  A quorum of the Millburn Township Committee is expected to be present at this special meeting for the purpose of conducting a closed session to discuss: Attorney Client Privilege Briefing – Various Updates; Pending Litigation/Attorney Client Privilege Briefing - Fair Share Housing and Contract Negotiations and Attorney Client Privilege Briefing – RPM Development Group and Litigation - Bear Properties vs. Millburn and Chai Center RLUIPA case; Property Acquisitions; Personnel – Administration. The only formal action that is expected to be taken at this meeting is consideration of a resolution to enter into closed session as required by law.
