Proposed solution may be an on prem or cloud-based Online Testing Software Solution. This scope of work will be completed in three (3) phases:
• Phase 1 – Proof of Concept
• Phase 2 – Implementation of Proposed Online Testing Software Solution
• Phase 3 - Ongoing Maintenance and Support of Online Testing Software Solution
Proponents should note that this RFP is intended to procure an examination and assessment delivery platform. Solutions primarily designed as applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, or HR information systems (HRIS) are out of scope unless the online testing capability is offered as a standalone, fully compliant solution.
When applicable, The City may also purchase associated software upgrades and features that will work seamlessly with the proposed Online Testing Software Solution. It is The City’s expectation that the successful Proponent will collaborate with CPS to ensure the proposed solution meets all operational needs. The City aims to establish mutually beneficial support and communication between awarded parties to ensure that any issues impacting CPS operations are addressed efficiently.
