Ivanti Neurons- Invitation for Bid

Project Description: Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit:
Granite School District- Adar Livni
Purpose:
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract for the purchase of Ivanti Neurons, as detailed in the attached specifications and cost sheet. Bids will only be accepted from vendors who are authorized Ivanti reseller partners.
Award:
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Term Options:
The District is requesting pricing for both a one-year and a three-year agreement. A purchase order for a one-year term is expected to be issued in mid-June. If the District determines that the three-year option is in its best interest, and pending School Board approval, the one-year purchase order may be amended to add the additional two years. This would be a three-year agreement with annual licensing payment.
Questions and Submissions:
All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the Q&A Board within the electronic bidding system prior to the designated deadline. Responses will be posted in the same location. Bidders are responsible for allowing sufficient time to complete and upload all required documentation before the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
