Description: The Ulster County Department of Public Works is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to perform a comprehensive space needs assessment, which shall include evaluating the efficiency of existing spaces, determining potential needs, analyzing opportunities for space optimization, as well as other potential space alternatives if deemed necessary. In addition, the consultant shall provide a general review of the condition of building structures and systems to the extent relevant to space planning. This will involve developing space programming and preparation of detailed cost estimates.
