Description:
Certified Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) are encouraged to submit bids. The Ulster County Planning Department, in partnership with local housing and workforce development stakeholders, will develop a strategic plan to address housing affordability through modular construction methods. The intended result of the plan is the development of a modular/panelized construction facility in Ulster County, NY, through a public-private partnership, dedicated to producing new affordable housing.
