2026 CITY HALL ROOF REPLACEMENT

Notice is hereby given that the City of Vermillion, South Dakota will receive, publicly open and read bids and proposals at City Hall located at 25 Center Street on the 15th day of April 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The bids will be acted upon by the City Council at City Hall located at 25 Center Street on the 20th day of April 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The materials and services required are as follows:

2026 CITY HALL ROOF REPLACEMENT

The major quantities for the base bid are 1 LS of Roof Assemblies, PVC Membrane; 1,000-BF of Roof Insulation Board Replacement; 22 SQ of Roof Assemblies, Asphalt; 500 SF of Sheathing.

Copies of the specifications are available for review at the office of the City Engineer, 25 Center Street, Vermillion, South Dakota, 57069.

Bid security is required according to state law and the bid specifications.

Payment for the materials and services herein provided for will be in cash.

The City of Vermillion reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
