Description: The Town of Greenville, NY (Orange County) is seeking bids for the furnishing of all labor and materials necessary for construction of a new salt storage facility to be located at 1537 Route 6, Port Jervis, NY 12771. Construction will generally include, but not be limited to, site grading, building erection, and restoration activities. Full contract documents and drawings can be procured via this advertisement, via the Town of Greenville website ( https://www.greenvilleny.org/ ), or via Christian Bertram, P.E., at cbertram@bartonandloguidice.com . The project is partially funded via a $500,000 NYSDEC Water Quality Improvement Project grant and the grant's MWBE participation goal is 30%. MWBE-eligible firms are strongly encouraged to respond. Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, November 6th, 2025 and must be delivered to the Town of Greenville Town Clerk at 1537 Route 6, Port Jervis, NY 12771.
