Summary:
This solicitation is issued by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). The FDIC seeks proposals from all interested and capable U.S. law firms to provide non-criminal administrative investigation services involving federal employment law and Title VII support for allegations received by the FDIC’s Office of Professional Conduct and Office of Equal Employment Opportunity.
The FDIC may make more than one award from this solicitation. This solicitation is not for any specific investigation, but rather, is to select the firm(s) to whom the FDIC will refer investigation work. This solicitation covers immediate (already pending) investigations as well as new investigations that may arise.
Questions about this solicitation are due no later than Tuesday, November 26, 2024, by 2:00 p.m. ET. The due date for proposals is Wednesday, December 4, 2024, by 2:00 p.m. ET. See solicitation for instructions.
