The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for interested, qualified, and licensed firms to provide Real Estate Services for the marketing and potential sale of a county-owned parcel the James City County Marina located at 2054 Jamestown Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185
Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit:Tuesday, March 11, 2025 @ 10:00 am at the James City County Marina, Covered Shelter/Pavilion, 2054 Jamestown Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185.
