Description: The work of this single bid project includes replacing the building's mechanical systems to include an addition to house mechanical equipment. Removal of all hazardous material. Convert a section of the lower level into a dining facility with a lounge. Install an elevator into the building to provide ADA access. New ADA compliant restrooms. Install sprinkler system to include kitchen hoods. Roof repair and access. Replace all exterior windows and doors. Install railings. New lighting, finishes, and interior doors and windows. Provide job trailer, sidewalks and asphalt. Plans will be available after August 21, 2025, through Avalon (716-493-2049 & www.avalonbuff-planroom.com ).
A project walk-through has been scheduled for September 10, 2025, at 10:00am meeting

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
