Cast Iron Feeder Main Rehabilitation

Submissions marked "COR7144 – College Avenue Cast Iron Feeder Main Rehabilitation" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.

This procurement is for renewing Cast lron feeder mains on College Avenue. It covers the area from Winnipeg Street to Elliott Street approximately 610 m long with pipe size of 400 mm.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, renewal of the feeder mains on this location and associated work such as site inspection, traffic control, pit excavation and backfill, replacement of fittings and valves, site restoration, etc.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.

There will be a video conference pre-submission meeting using Microsoft Teams regarding this competition on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, 1:30 PM CST (SK) for any interested proponents. Please email the RFP Contact set out in section 1.2 of the RFP to request an invitation to the online meeting by Monday, February 11, 2025, 3:00 PM CST (SK).
