The AFLCMC/HBDD Long Range Radar Branch, Hanscom AFB MA, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for water well testing and training by the manufacturer of government-owned Mount Sopris Instruments, Inc. hardware. The anticipated award date is 1 November 2024.
This requirement is for:
CLIN 0001: Water Well Testing & Instrument Training
The desired performance date is 21 November 2024. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 541620, small business size standard: $19M. This acquisition will follow FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquistion Procedures.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items/services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items/services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Response and questions shall be submitted electronically to the contracting officer.
