Project Description: The purpose of this procurement is to reupholster seating
on thirty-eight (38) Bi-level passenger rail cars currently
owned by the Utah Transit Authority (UTA), specifically
vehicle types 233 and 246. UTA will supply the vinyl and
foam material, and the awarded contractor will be
responsible for reupholstery services. In addition to the
base fleet, this procurement includes two (2) complete
sets of spares.
