The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The contractor will conduct “Proper Functioning Condition” (PFC) surveys on intermittent and perennial streams on USFS property in summer and autumn 2025. The project area is defined as National Forest Systems lands designated as the McKenzie District of the Dakota Prairie National Grasslands in McKenzie County, North Dakota.
Field work is to begin approximately by October 15, 2025, and finish by January 31, 2026. A final report will be written as requested in Report Requirements. The final report and other deliverables are due by January 31, 2026. Depending on actual date of award deliverable due dates may change.
