Description

Annual internal inspection of 3 250 hp gas fired boilers and 1 DA tank and 1 Condensate Tank. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), has a requirement for Annual internal inspections 3 250 HP boilers and 6-year internal inspections for 1 DA Tank and 1 Condensate Surge Tank at 4100 W 3rd Street Dayton, Ohio 45428. This is a base + 4 option years contract to get the Dayton VA in compliance.
