This RFP is for the Software Development Services (SDS) FA701425R0004. Please submit proposals, acknowledge attachments, and submit prices on Standard Form 1449 (Commercial). Only proposals submitted by GSA 8(a) STARS III vendors will be accepted and evaluated.

This contract is a small business competitive set-aside on General Services Administration (GSA) 8(a) STARS III IT Professional Services. This requirement is to provide technical services for software development support and business solutions within SAF/AAIE. Technical services include enterprise architecture, requirements management, software engineering, systems engineering, software test management, and systems/server administration. Contractors will work as part of a team to develop new software applications or modify and sustain existing applications.
