RFP ERO DO #36-F-2-24/25 - Concession Services for the Carroll County Sports Complex

The Carroll County Sports Complex (CCSC), a facility administered by the Carroll County Department of Recreation & Parks, consists of five baseball/softball fields and two soccer/lacrosse/football fields located at 2225 Littlestown Pike, Westminster, Maryland 21158. In addition to the playing fields, the 76-acre facility includes a playground, two pavilions, a concession building and park office. It is estimated that approximately 65,000-75,000 guests visit the Sports Complex annually. The Department of Recreation & Parks is requesting proposals from interested parties to provide concession services, operate the sales, inventory, and staffing of the concession stand at the Sports Complex. Examples of foods provided are hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken tenders, French fries, ice cream, candy bars and various other types of snack foods.
