The City of Highland Park is seeking proposals for a data management service to oversee the City’s Cross Connection Control (CCC) program. The primary responsibility of the data management service will be to track the annual testing of all backflow prevention devices connected to the City’s water distribution system. To accomplish this, the data management service will send annual testing reminders, receive and record backflow prevention device test reports, and coordinate follow-up actions with the City as needed to ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
