AMENDMENT 0001
The purpose of this Amendment is to:
Question: We kindly ask whether, for the solicitation in question, it is possible to utilize subcontracted companies that meet your required criteria. Specifically, the company will carry out only three weekly interventions per month and is an entity that already holds the access pass, with all necessary requirements already in your possession. Of course, for the current tender, all required certifications will be resubmitted for your review. The remaining monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual interventions will be regularly carried out by our personnel.
Answer: The reference to the question. The use of subcontracting is not permitted; this is explained in paragraph 5.2 of the Perform Work Statement. “The contractor shall perform 100% of the work under this service with its own workforce. Only the technical assistance provided by authorized service centers technicians is allowed in order to perform services on proprietary systems and services requiring direct manufacturer support or specialized labor in order to execute the activities requiring specific qualifications detailed”
