Parrish McCall Constructors, Inc, the construction manager, is soliciting competitive bids and pre-qualification for the following project:
Marion County Public Schools North Marion High School Water & Sewer Main Replacement
Anticipated bid packages include the following: Site Demolition, Concrete, Sitework, Landscape, Electrical, Plumbing, Underground Utilities
Bid documents can be found on the project page on BuildingConnected under Files. Link is included below. All bids in excess of $75,000 should be submitted to the Parrish McCall main office in sealed envelopes. All other bids should be submitted via BuildingConnected. Bid documents are expected to be issued on March 9, 2026.
