City of Oconomowoc (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
2026 Street Maintenance (LRIP)
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall located at 174 East Wisconsin Ave, Oconomowoc, WI 53066, until Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 1:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud in Room 3 of City Hall.
The Project includes the following Work:
Approximately 11,400 TON of asphalt pavement, 1,500 SY of concrete pavement, 10,700 LF of concrete curb and curb & gutter, 5,300 CY of excavation, 16,200 TON of base course, 44,800 SY of asphalt milling, 8,300 SY of asphalt pulverize & relay, 7,800 LF of pavement marking, 2,000 LF of storm sewer, 4,100 LF of water main, 8,000 LF of sanitary sewer cured-in-place pipe liner, miscellaneous storm & sanitary sewer rehabilitation, traffic control, erosion control, restoration, and all incidental items required to complete the work.
A pre-bid meeting will not be held. The site may be viewed at the Contractor’s convenience.
This project is part of the Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP). The City of Oconomowoc will be funding the remaining portion of the project.
Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), including Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) and Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBEs), are encouraged to submit bid proposals.
