Description
The City of Oakland, Office of the City Administrator is seeking a qualified contractor to implement its Excess Litter Fee (ELF) Program. Services include litter and weed removal in the public right of way including sidewalks, gutters, storm drains, and tree wells year-round. The contractor is expected to participate in special city-wide litter clean-up efforts. The contractor will also be responsible for staffing, training, produce and provide data reporting, and program oversight.
