The City of Redmond is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural and urban design consultants to collaborate with City staff on updating and illustrating design standards in the Redmond Zoning Code. The scope includes testing and evaluating adopted standards, supporting the refinement and creation of new standards based on the testing outcomes, supporting staff with research, and producing clear, illustrative materials for final recommendations.
