Athletic Ticketing System

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify and select a comprehensive cloud-based Athletic Ticketing System for the Williamsburg-James City County Public School Division (the “WJCCPS”). This system should enhance the efficiency of ticket sales, reservations, and customer management for school athletic events while ensuring user-friendly experience for both patrons and staff. We invite proposals from qualified vendors with the demonstrated capabilities to deliver a solution that effectively meets the needs of the Division and our community, in strict accordance with the specified terms, conditions, and evaluation criteria outlined herein.

Due Date: April 24, 2025, NO LATER THAN 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)

Inquiries: Questions regarding this project must be submitted in writing via email to the point of contact listed below no later than 2:00 p.m. (ET) on April 2, 2025.  No questions will be answered by phone.

All relevant questions will be answered in the form of an Addendum, which will be uploaded to DemandStar and the James City County website.
