Separate sealed bids for the Piggott Wastewater Contract 1 – UV and Controls; Contract 2 – I&I Sewer Cured In Place Pipe, to serve the City of Piggott will be received by the City Clerk at City Hall, until 10:00 A.M., on March 30, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The project shall consist of Contract 1 – Replacement of the existing UV unit and miscellaneous Mission Control Upgrades; Contract 2 – Approximately 5,000 feet of sewer line cleaning, video inspection and cured in place pipe installation.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the bid opening.
The Sponsor hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply.
