Project Description: THIS SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE SOLELY TO THE TOWN'S LIST OF PREQUALIFIED GENERAL UTILITY PROJECT VENDORS
The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby inviting firms, prequalified via the Town of Palm Beach RFQ No. 2022-05, to submit competitive bids for Phase 2 of North County Road Drainage Improvements.
The general location of the proposed work is from the intersection of Wells Road and North County Road in the south to the intersection of Miraflores Drive and North County Road in the north. Work includes underground construction associated with drainage infrastructure and the installation of new concrete curbing and asphalt pavement to correct the profile and cross-slope of the roadway and to better protect the grassed median from vehicular traffic. In consideration of the importance of the Town Landmarked banyan tree canopy at this location, it is of the utmost importance that the contractor follows the steps outlined within the plans and specifications to ensure the survival of the banyan trees along both sides North County Road.
