REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST
ON-CALL SURVEYING SERVICES 2027
Notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Department of Transportation (Department) is seeking letters of interest from qualified consulting firms to provide on-call surveying services for selected highway projects in the State of Arkansas. The work will generally consist of control surveys; design surveys for highway location and design; and land surveys, staking, and monumenting for the acquisition of property for highway rights of way for ARDOT.

In order to receive consideration, interested firms shall provide completed qualifications in PDF format to ConsultantContracts@ardot.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 31, 2026.
The Department complies with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, FHWA Guidance and any other Federal, State, and/or local laws, rules and/or regulations.
