This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation uses a brand name or equal purchase description in accordance with FAR Companion FC11.204.

The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) requires a flow cytometer instrument that is designed for high-speed, high-parameter analysis of cells, offering both spectral and conventional flow cytometry capabilities.
