Sealed bids submitted electronically will be opened in the Conway Mayor’s Office, City Hall, 1111 Main St, Conway, Arkansas 72032, at 2:00 pm, local time Tuesday, March 17, 2026, and publicly read aloud, for Accounting Services for the Conway Advertising and Promotion Commission.
The City of Conway is seeking an Architect Firm to develop conceptual and detailed design plans, including multiple design options, to support funding evaluation and phased implementation planning to rehabilitate an underutilized, 2-acre park located in a low-to-moderate-income community. This space, currently lacking modern amenities and equipment, will undergo revitalization to offer accessible, safe, and engaging recreational opportunities for children and families. The park will be updated with new playground equipment, ADA-compliant pathways, improved landscaping, and other enhancements to make it a valuable asset for the community.
