Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS) for Flight Test Use. The sUAS shall possess the following specifications:

Light weight (under 3 pounds) and AC

Replacement batteries and 1 charger

Transport kit and field repair kit

Sensor System: Dual axis EO/IR Gimbal with Hadron 640R

EO Video Recording at 15fps with recording at 640x512 at30HZ

Removable microSD card

Flight speed of 10 m/s (23mph)

Flight time on single battery charge: 30 minutes

Max flight ceiling 10,000 ft

Withstand winds of 18 to 25mph gusts
