Project Description: The base bid for this project includes painting and prep work for all four swimming pools at the Lower Makefield “Pool Complex” and includes: 1. Sand blasting and painting in the Intermediate and Baby Swimming Pool. 2. Sandblast/remove red line bordering all pools. 3. Acid wash & paint touch-up, if and where directed, for the Olympic Swimming Pool and Lap Swimming Pool. 4. Caulking joints within all pools, as directed.
Contractors are encouraged to visit the site before submitting a bid. Please contact Lynn Todd (267-274-1103) at the Lower Makefield Parks and Recreation Department for access to the site.
