Description:

The Contractor will assist the State of California, Department of Water Resources (DWR) with gaining federal authorization and appropriations for State Water Project (SWP) operations and maintenance costs, and the costs of environmental mitigation related to SWP operations. The Contractor will also monitor proposed federal legislation, and propose possible actions based on the benefit to DWR and the State. As directed by DWR, the Contractor will advocate on DWR¿s behalf.
