Description

Carrier service to move various material to include ship’s equipment and components from Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) in Kittery, ME to Naval Submarine Base New London (NLON) in New London, CT pier 12 lower base, and then pick up and provide delivery back to PNSY in Kittery, ME. Shipments will not contain any Hazardous, Sensitive or Classified materials.

Period of Performance - Base: 08/12/2025 - 06/11/2026 / Option: 06/12/2026 - 08/11/2026

Submissions shall include a completed Request for Quote (RFQ) which may be found on page 2 of the combined/synopsis (all items highlighted in yellow shall be completed). Quotes will also include supporting technical specifications of the vehicles proposed for transportation to ensure requirements of the Statement of Work will be met, and applicable documentation of the driver(s) to meet security requirements.
