Description of Work: The Henderson Water Utility (Owner) hereby gives notice that separate, sealed bids will be received for furnishing materials and installation of a Storm Sewer System in a portion of Countryview Subdivision, Bid Reference 2025-07.

BID OPENING: Sealed Bids will be received until 1:30 p.m., Local Time on 11 September 2025, in the offices of the Henderson Water Utility (HWU), 111 Fifth Street, Henderson, Kentucky, 42420.  After the official bid closing time, the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

BIDDING DOCUMENTS:  Bidding Documents are on file for inspection and may be obtained at the offices of HWU, at the address listed above, during regular business hours, or access the HWU Bids Page at this link: https://www.hkywater.org/bids.aspx

LEGAL PROVISIONS: Bids shall include all required submittals as identified in the Bid Documents.

BID REJECTION/ACCEPTANCE/WITHDRAWAL: The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities in bidding, or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serve the interests of the Owner.
