MARKET SURVEY- SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT
1. Introduction/Purpose:
The FAA has a requirement for NYC DOT Lane Closure at the LaGuardia Air Traffic Control Tower, Base Building located in Flushing, NY in accordance with the draft Statement of Work attached to this announcement.

3. Nature of Competition:
The acquisition strategy for this procurement has not been determined at this time. The results of this Market Survey will determine the final acquisition strategy. The FAA may decide to do a full and open competition or set aside all or part of this procurement for small businesses, disabled veteran- owned small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program.
4. Market Survey Information:
a. This is not a Screening Information Request or Request for Proposals of any kind;
b. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals;
c. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey; and
d. Any costs associated with the market survey submittal is solely at the interested vendor’s expense

The NAICS code for this requirement is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 million.
6. Submittal Requirements for Market Survey:
The FAA is requesting that interested companies submit responses based on their capability to perform the requirements of the attached SOW. The submitted Capability Statement must be submitted in Microsoft word in size 12 Times New Roman text and must not exceed three (3) pages.
7. Delivery of Submittals:
All responses to this market survey must be received by 10:00 am EST on November 26, 2024. Responses must be provided via email to Jennifer Walker-Gomez (Jennifer.Walker-Gomez@faa.gov).
