The Town of La Plata is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to identify qualified nonprofit, community-based, or mission-aligned organizations interested in operating, managing, and providing programming for the future Dorchester Community Center, to be located at 400 Dorchester Avenue, La Plata, Maryland.

This NOI is not a formal Request for Proposals (RFP). It is an initial step to identify capable and interested organizations and to inform the Town’s development of a transparent, competitive operator-selection process.
