    Synopsis
The Missouri Department of Transportation, St. Louis has determined that only MoboTrex of Davenport, IA, is the sole authorized distributor for product, service, warranty and repair of NEMA EDI Conflict Monitors, MMU2-16LEip and can provide service/repairs for existing products already installed. The majority (85%) of MoDOT current traffic signals (1,050+) are equipped with this brand and model and as such we need these units for compatible reasons, programming reasons and to support the automatic transfer of the programming data without the need for manual entries to complete the process. Repairs by unauthorized repair facilities could void any warranty and/or functionally responsibility on the part of the respective manufacturer. These specific products and/or services have been documented as fully and absolutely compatible with all current systems. This notice shall meet the single feasible source requirements for one calendar year and in association with the needs described.
