THE PROJECT INVOLVES MODIFYING THE EXISTING WEIR AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW ROCK WEIR STRUCTURE AT LOCK & DAM 7 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
