Strathcona County
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Land Appraisal, Acquisition and Legal Survey Services, as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
The County is seeking qualified suppliers to provide as-needed Land Appraisal, Acquisition and Legal Survey Services across various locations within the County’s legal boundaries. The projects for which professional services may be desired are defined into the following three specializations (each an "Area of Specialization"):
1. Land Appraisal
2. Land Acquisition
3. Legal Survey and Land Registration
The County is seeking up to 5 qualified respondents for each Area of Specialization with expertise and capacity to provide Land Appraisal, Acquisition and Legal Survey services as needs arise. For clarity, a respondent may be selected for more than one Area of Specialization.
