EMCS FY25 - Notice of Award

The 319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks Air Force Base, has awarded a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Honeywell International, Inc. This procurement is required in order to provide services to maintain the integrity and uninterrupted continuity of the Energy Management and Control Systems at Grand Forks AFB, ND. This procurement is awarded under a sole source basis due to the proprietary rights Honeywell International, Inc. has over the installed EMCS equipment and software at Grand Forks AFB. The NAICS for this requirement is 238220 with a size standard of $19.0M.

This purchase was made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government.
