1. Responses to questions 1-2 from Neglia dated March 9, 2026 and Section 133123
Specifications.
2. Response to question 3 is attached Response Action Outcome (RAO) for unrestricted use on
the site. No contaminated soil is expected to be excavated or disposed from the site.
3. The bid date is changed to Wednesday, March 25 at 10:00 AM.
The addendum is available for public inspection at the Township of West Orange, Department of
Purchasing, located at 66 Main Street, West Orange, NJ 07052.
All Addendums shall be acknowledged in your proposal utilizing the form captioned
“Acknowledgment of Receipt of Addenda.” Failure to acknowledge this Addendum or any other
