Project Description: Pittsburgh Water is requesting bids for renovations of new headquarters, General Contract scope of work including, but not necessarily limited to: Overall construction sequencing, coordination, and oversight of other prime contractors; Coordination and oversight of demountable partition system vendor and installation, including required mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination; Modification of existing Level 2 IDF room to accommodate installation of clean agent fire suppression system (no plumbing in this contract scope); Provide suspension systems, ceiling systems, and special conditions required to complete office enclosures; Provide new steel entry ramp as indicated, including delegated design process for all foundations, structural members, walking surfaces, and railings – structural assemblies may include helical piles and/or attachments to existing building foundations.
