The United States Air Force has awarded a sole-source contract to Testek LLC, Cage Code 06659, Authority FAR 6.302-1 – 10 USC 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source – No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The contract action is an Undefinitized Contract which will need to be definitized. This notice will be updated once definitization occurs. The below details are for the undefinitized contract action (UCA) portion of the contract only.

The contractor shall provide quality repair, maintenance services, engineering and software service, system integration, reconfiguration, modification, and component upgrade of the test stands identified in Appendix B. Testek shall be responsible to repair test stands to a fully functional state capable of successfully testing aircraft, missiles, and related commodities- and electronics components in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and AF technical data. Testek shall provide all equipment, software, updated technical and operational data, adapters, tools, supplies, labor, and management for the required contract.

The contract is intended to be a 5 year IDIQ. The UCA total accounts for the year 1 MAX only. This announcement will be updated once the contract is definitized.
