Statements of Qualifications for Professional Engineering Consultant and Management Services

LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT
The Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport (MSPA) is soliciting Statements of
Qualifications for Professional Engineering Consultant and Management
Services. The MSPA desires to secure the assistance of a professional consulting
firm/team knowledgeable in port engineering and development and ready to assist
the Port in implementing varied public work projects. The selected firm will be
responsible for providing professional project management, engineering design,
construction management, maintenance management and assistance, and general
engineering and other technical expertise as requested in the daily and routine
operations of the MSPA. The firm must be licensed to perform engineering
services in the State of Mississippi.
MSPA reserves the right to award multiple contracts from this solicitation and the
right to reject all submissions.

Gulfport, Mississippi 39501 and are by reference made a part of this Notice. All
inquiries, including the Request for Statement of Qualification referenced herein,
shall be in writing and directed to CFord@ShipMSPA.com.
All statements of qualification must be received by 3:00 p.m. local time
THURSDAY, APRIL 9TH, 2026.
