Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Program

The County of Humboldt, by and through its Department of Health and Human Service, is issuing this Request for Proposals to solicit Proposals from qualified community organizations interested in working collaboratively with the County to implement various homelessness assistance projects as part of the Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Program. This Request for Proposals is a non-binding solicitation and may be canceled by the County at any time prior to the award of a Homeless Housing Assistance Prevention Agreement.
