and contain the costs of professional services, and reduce administrative efforts through
readily accessible services, to maintain the quality of services through an ongoing
evaluation tool and performance evaluation mechanism. Reduce service quality risk by
evaluating and reporting performance, as well as confirming eligibility requirements and
credentials.
MRU Reserves the right to engage successful prequalified firms for staffing solutions for
departments outside of the Information Technology Services (ITS) requirements.
To maintain a roster of IT recruitment vendors that can support the staffing needs
of the Technology and Client Services Teams and any other staffing requirements within
MRU.
The services will be performed on an as required basis by prequalified consultants and
areas of technical support that the Technology and Client Services Teams would be
recruiting for would include as a priority is but not limited to:
Computer Technician
Desktop Computing Support Analyst
Mass Deployment Specialist
Project Manager
Apple Certified Computer Technician
Audio Visual Technologies
Television Broadcast Engineer
Service Desk Analyst
Further to resources listed above, pre‐qualified suppliers may be able to add other
resources and/or levels to their offering for MRU’s consideration.
If your company is prequalified under another method (Cybera, Kinetic or Canoe) with
Mount Royal University you do not need to apply to this prequalification.
