Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Summit Point SUMMIT POINT RACEWAY ASSOCIATES, INC., dba BSR for construction of an observation booth.



The booth will be constructed onto an exsisting building at the Summit Point facility. This location is utilized by CBP for training purposes. Summit Point Raceway is the only responsible source capable of meeting CBP’s needs as they are the owners of the property. They are also deemed capable for the following: Access to the property; authority to make repairs to buildings; experience in performing such services under previous government contracts; and resources and staff on-site already to conduct the services.



The anticipated contract completion is 90 days from the date of award.



This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. There is no formal solicitation available for this requirement at this time. If responsible sources feel they can meet the requirements, please contact the Contracting Officer by e-mail to caitlin.m.jenkins@cbp.dhs.gov by the response date and time listed with this notice. You must submit a capabilities statement displaying your ability to meet the requirements.



A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided.
